Oliver Hermanns: At present, the automo- tive and commercial vehicle sectors rep- resent 80 percent of our business volume. Approximately 130 companies, basically OEMs, suppliers and service providers, rep- resent our stable growing customer base. In general, cables or hoses are installed in all kinds of products, so we win more and more customers like manufacturers of electronic equipment such as cameras and printers, household appliances, robots and others. (Our market is big). W hat is your biggest obstacle to growth? Oliver Hermanns: Without any doubt, it is the availability of the required specialized personnel.
