28 Ujet: The Luxembourg Based Engineering Company for Ultimate e-Mobility Solutions By Ujet S.A. Ujet is the new engineering solutions company for partnerships and collaborations of brands to achieve desirableurbanmobilitysolutions. Thecompany isbased inLuxembourg,withoffices inLeudelange including an in house 3000m 2 pilot/prototype facility in Foetz with integrated mechanical engineering. We gather experts in material science and structure displacement, stress and strain modelling as well as head up the development of on-board electronic architecture, from software algorithms to PCB design. We developed a revolution- ary 100% electric scooter to showcase our engineering capabilities in e-mobility. Since the launch of our product, we have received astonishing feedback from the industry and consumers alike, and we are now focusing on business partnerships to build technology by combining our exper- tise in material science as well through our ongoing partnership with our parent com- pany OCSiAl, which is the world’s largest producer of SWNTS. OCSiAl has played a key role in product de- velopment for Ujet by integrating Tuball nanotubes for the scooter’s wheels that in turn provide better performance such as up to 30 % extra wet grip on the tire and significantly improve other vehicle charac- teristics such as range, energy efficiency, safety as well as manufacturing costs. Not only that, but we have our pioneering take on the electrical engine, which combined the hubless wheel, also dubbed as the world’s first orbital wheel, with an exter- nal rotor design. Currently, the in-wheel brushless motor is the lightest in its class with a maximum power of 3.6 kW which is 4.9 hp equivalent. To accelerate our B2B strategy, we now feature an IP-package for applied part- nerships that protects both our currently available products and those that will be developed in the future, these are including but not limited to; 5 Trademarks registered inmultiple categories in over 100 countries, 60+ Patents and patent applications in EU, CN, RU, US, SG, and other countries, 2 Util- ity models registered in DE and CN as well as 9 Protected designs in EU, CN, RU, US, SG, and other countries One example of such applied partner- ship is the Ujet EA7 collaboration recently launchedwith one of Italy’smost influential design brands Armani Emporio. This part- nership saw Ujet breathe new, electric life into high fashion with customized Armani branded scooters. We were more than honored to be hired by one of the world’s Top Luxury Brands to answer to their desire of participating in the electric mobility movement. Together, we designed an exclusive custom-made edition EA7 Emporio Armani Scooter line called EA7 GREEN adapted from our Ujet Founders series. We believe we can help usher a new chap- ter in this brand’s desire to enter the fu- ture of mobility as well as do the same for other brands. Ujet has been awarded the top distinction in 2019‘s iF DESIGN AWARD, as well as The Red Dot Award. From 6,375 submissions, only 66 were awarded by the independent expert iF jury.
